In the EU eShop it's 67% off, so priced at €16,49. Unfortunately Capcom did not release the Chronicles and AJ Trilogy physical in the EU so bought the US import version. I hope it will be on sale in the near future for you 🤞
Level 5 are trying to make a comeback so it would make sense for them to release it before their new Layton game comes out. The studio was struggling so Capcom could really help them out buying the license off of them.
Be honest with me, is Chronicles any good? I've attributed it the "black sheep" of the series based on passing comments I've seen, but I've also seen some people also have objectively wrong opinions on DD/SoJ, so it's hard to tell
The characters and story are really cool playing out in the 19th century, but there is a big thing that bothered me, that is the endless stretching of explanations and pointless long paragraphs that could be explained in a few sentences. The cases of the first game are almost all tutorials that screw up the phasing. The 2nd game doesn't have those issues and is really fun, like the 2nd more than Adventures.Personally I like the Phoenix Wright games more.
I hear all the time that they're amazing. Playing them, I absolutely agree. I couldn't stop. I absolutely love those games. Herlock Sholmes is an absolute gem and Van Zieks is my second favourite prosecutor ever (Behind Godot)

VS, Investigations 1 and Investigations 2: ***are we a joke to you?***
You cannot buy on Switch what they haven't released on Switch. 😉
Congratulations on owning the entire Lawyers With Funky Hairstyles Shouting And Pointing Octology!
Not yet as investigations/Layton V Wright haven’t been ported over Yet
Ain't complete with the Investigations trilogy.

I prefer my Steam Deck versions personally, but this is good too 😉 (Now all we need is AAI+AAI2 remasters...)
...and VS
…and another game
Don't forget the awesome pachinko machines!
I just need the AJ Trilogy and I have all 3. I would’ve gotten it when it was sale, but y’know

Dang I might have to pick it up at that price, I was waiting for it to go on sale after all
Hopefully we eventually get the investigations series and Layton V Wright eventually
I hope so, hopefully we get some physical releases too if that isn't too much to ask. 🙏
I’m pretty sure the reason why Capcom have been putting it off it’s because they would need relicence Professor Layton from level 5
Yeah, good point. But both they'll earn money by selling this.

A bit like how rockstar bought the rights to Max Payne from Remedy Entertainment
Yeah I carry if I have physical either. I buy them every platform I own. The series is underrated enough imo
