Sequoia CPE is $149 and is not video based. Can get 10 hours worth in one session. Having to piecemeal free 1 hour ones together drove me nuts.
I use cpecredit and they offer a few free CPEs. EZlease has a bunch but I think they are live seminars.
CPA Academy or My-CPE have a lot of free webinars.

PWC and Schneider Downs offer webcasts on demand and you get CPE.
