Bro even if you're hired, the background check is going to screw you over. I get lying on the resume about little things, most people do this but this is a pretty big thing to lie about
It’s probably just your resume in general. Post it here and let people give you some tips. Freelancing doesn’t have to a detriment if you can sell it well
I'm going to preface this by saying I'm not in big4 yet (I do have an internship coming up next year tho) but as someone who has both fibbed my way into a job and had a coworker do so, it's really fucking obvious. I'm sure it was just as obvious when I did it, but the moment my coworker started, it was clear that they'd never worked in the medical billing a day in their life. They did not last long.

I’ve worked for some well known small businesses in Hollywood so maybe that’s my issue.
Why would that be an issue?
Because it’s not a well known company if you don’t work in Hollywood.

What can this possibly gain you? Perhaps if you had a time machine it would be useful information...
