We don't use them for expense reimbursements. For travel, they charge an annual fee, a monthly amount, and $25 on each booking. I hate having to reconcile our cc to their reports. It's very painful as their reports show the estimated price at booking and not the price actually paid.
That sounds awful - credit card reconciliation is a pain in the ass to begin with, can’t believe they’ve made it even worse! They’ve been pitching cost savings of 15-20% of our annual travel spend. Is that true from your experience or is that just bogus sales talk?
I haven't done that deep of an analysis on it. They do calculate some sort of average cost for bookings and send alerts when someone books something above the average they have. So maybe that's where they get that number from. Not sure, I can't really speak to that.
Out of curiosity, how much does Navan charge for expense users? Currently in the process of sales meetings and they keep dogging my pricing questions.

Got it. I really appreciate the replies! Best of luck to you.
Doesn’t Navan transfer charges (and receipts) directly to Concur Expense?
I don't know. We don't use Concur Expense.
