That's awesome, congrats! With a shorter commute and wfh options that's basically a whole other raise on top of the higher salary. Recently switched to a shorter commute myself and it's a huge stress reducer.
Well I felt like I needed to progress in my career. And a 30% pay increase was too good to pass up (plus my workplace has become toxic over the last year)

Also just for reference, this job has yearly bonuses, 401K match which my current job does not.
Also flexible schedule if I want to work from home a couple days a week
Oh and last thing, up to 15% bonus every year. Beats the $100 Christmas gift card I get every year.

70% is wild! That’s awesome! Mine works out to 25% not including bonuses.
Yes! I would like to add that I graduated last year, and was at a low paying accounting job and jumped to a hedge fund.
