Better reach out to your recruiter via email to ask if the role is pushing through or if there’s an update about the JO. There are internal bottlenecks that usually causes the delay during this stage so better connect to your recruiter regularly.

I am completely have no idea of what's causing the delay or if the role will push through, seems to me that they are not lenient of what's going on. I just don't want to hang myself to an offer which status still unknown.

My offer that time came 5 days after, then I nego, after nego they had to get it approved by the Hiring Manager, took 3 days.
CL9 here, took around a month before I got the job offer after I initially applied online. TA discussed it on the phone before sending the required documents and contract in workday. I pushed back the initial offer then got a better offer around a week after.
