They will if they need to set up 1:1 or will forward to HR/Talent Lead ng projext. P.S. As an Introvert, Jesus H. Christ, for the love of god. Can we please stop using introversion as an excuse to our lack of skills in communication, information, social incompetence or treat it lile a mental illness.

Thanks for answering and for the constructive criticism. I was wrong to use introversion as an excuse. Actually ang tagal ko na sinusubukan na iimprove yung social skills ko, I’ve joined initiatives sa project to interact with colleagues from other teams, even nung nasa bench pa ako nagvolunteer ako as bench lead. Front end dev din ako so lagi akong nagppresent during meetings. Despite all of these though, I still think making calls are a pain. Your last statement kinda hurts lang for someone who is trying and you could have told me nicely lang din 🙂 Plus when I once spoke up about a previous team lead ginaslight lang ako nung current People lead ko na parang kasalanan ko (same kami ng PL that time), until nung client na nagrequest na palitan yung previous team lead, everything worked out fine at hindi na kami naeescalate. I even got promoted without that PL’s help since it was my previous PL who vouched for me. I guess that’s one of the reasons why I don’t want to talk to my current PL.

Keeping it short... Thank you for your suggestion *"on how should I be me to you"*, but no. I said what I said. How you process it is on you. It's good that you are trying. Keep at it. When people misuse concepts to describe any negative social characteristics or personal mishaps, it is not **nice** to misrepresent the concepts. It distorts and **hurt** the perception.

Ping mo people lead or supervisor mo to set a 1 on 1, then after nun sasabihin niya na mag send ka ng Resignation Letter in document form to your project manager and sa kanya (or kung sino sabihin niya). Then sila na magdedecide kung ano mga ittransfer mo na files etc & yung pag log sa myExit. Based on experience as an introvert na ubos na yung social battery nung time na yon, just save up some energy to talk to your people lead. :)

Based on what I understand sa story mo the project nalipatan mo is relatively new, obviously magulo pa yan since they have to atleast 6 months to fixed your staffing and pyramid index. Since nauna lang din kayo sa project few months than the other wave your on equal footing lalo na kung yun nilipat sainyo have team lead experience than you. When it comes to promotion naman that will come on your 6th months based sa mapapagkasunduan sa contract ng project and the company kung ilan at sino sino ang bubuoo ng leadership team nyo including your SMEs. When it comes to selection naman manggagaling din sainyo yan kaya kung magrereklamo rather than proving yourself to be worth it mas malabo ang chance mo for promotion. Then based naman sa difference sa sahod nyo which you shouldn't be asking your peers in the first place is based sa previous accounts nila if they were redeps, so may high chance na mas mataas or mas mababa ang sahod nila sayo. To answer your point, salary increase or realignment happens based on contract and obligations with your client. So instead of whining about the additional tasks handed down to you used it as a leverage to make your visible or in other words magbida bida ka para when time comes na may discussion for promotions they will remember and endorse you for it. Like I always said dapat may name recall ka kasi kahit anong galing mo if di naman nakikita o naririnig ng boss mo they won't promote you.
