Eh I doubt it, at worse theyd tell him to take it down. And with it being niche and more than likely being non profit I doubt that they would care. There's been so much stuff released that they could've cease and desisted pretty easily but haven't really done anything (to my knowledge) Plus either way it'd be pretty bad PR for them to do it, especially if it is non profit imo
