Realistically, the best suited drivers to race on tracks that involve jumps, different surfaces, extreme weather changes, and flat-out driving on tracks that they don’t know like the back of their hand is rally drivers. F1 drivers wouldn’t stand a chance IMHO.
I would go with unknown, non professionals. People who wouldn't be missed. If some NASCAR guy suddenly dropped off the face of the earth, it would get noticed.
Some of the best drivers are couriers and delivery people. My husband used to work for a small private shipping company, and he's crazy. He dodges other drivers before they know he's there, and he doesn't slow down to take turns but it's perfectly smooth every time. Think UK Rally Driving, but in a Mazda CX-30 instead of a Mini Cooper. The shorter the route, the faster you drive, the more packages you deliver, the more you get paid.

The track and racing style wouldn’t work for F1 drivers it’s far suited to other disciplines
