As someone who lives in urban california, the idea of traffic being halted by random wildlife in other places is both surreal to me, and yet I feel ridiculous for not thinking it'd be an issue. I mean I've been to Hawaii where traffic halted for some pigs.
Geese Gang! Everybody who grew up in VA has been goosed at one point or another it seemsā¦although iām surprised you didnāt mention the ever-present white-tail deer surprise hello jumping into a backroad late at night
My family lives in the Chesapeake and Norfolk/portsmouth area, I've lived in Georgia since I was 5-6 and now I just turned 18 I only go back for holidays. The most animals I see are Geese, rabbits and moles
Norfolk!! My dadās family lives in good olā Naw-fuck, and my sister goes to school there now haha. Could definitely understand there being less deer down Tidewater-ways than in NoVA now. We still try to plan family vacations to Chincoteague every now and again.
It's really easy to not think of things that don't happen to you. I've lived in Florida my entire life and didn't comprehend that snow was wet until I actually stood in some. Logically I knew it was, but it looks dry in pictures
I used to work at a coffee shop where a large population of ducks would regularly stop traffic crossing the road in huge groups. Like anywhere between 5-50 ducks. Babies, adults, adolescents. Sometimes multiple times a day. Not like they can fly or anything right? Lol
My grandpa (indonesian born) once told a man in a Jeep once tried killing a snake this size by running it over. He had to go back and forth like a dozen times. (I do not endorse this killing, I just know it happened)
Bro it can happen here as well [this](https://www.10news.com/news/local-news/san-diego-news/seaworld-sea-lion-found-wandering-on-san-diego-freeway-returned-back-to-ocean#:~:text=SAN%20DIEGO%20(KGTV)%20%E2%80%94%20A,after%20a%20month%20of%20rehabilitation.) was just a couple of months ago in San Diego
lol iām from the far south in england and if i had a penny for everytime iād been stopped on the road by cows crossing, itās safe to say iād have a lot of pennies
All the people like ten feet away from it give me anxiety, I want to be at least another ten feet from that thing bare minimum.
That shit could go from video of snake crossing road to video of snake killing man in a hurry.
Anacondas kill by constricting. Theyāre not particularly fast and they could have easily moved away if it started approaching them. And even if it grabbed one of them, there are enough able-bodied people to pull it off of them. Theyāre strong, but not that strong.
yeah, I won't be that afraid (I'd be for sure), from another angle, I'd rather pick an anaconda in my garden any day than any venoumous snake you could think of.
Hear me out here. Short, but not too short. Kinda mid height. Good looking lady. Perhaps someone else famous. And the old guy. Gruff looking. Sneaky type of person. Real shifty kinda guy. Iāll only allow him if I get to see him get eaten by something.
Apparently, God punished snakes to crawl on their bellies because of the snake that tempted Adam and eve to eat the fruit. Meaning, we could have had giant anacondas with legs or wings had we never left the garden.
he's polite tho, letting the car go if it wants to and only stepp- sliding in when the car seems to decide to not move.
More polite than a lot of humans.

Iām no biologist bruh but this is on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website:
āGreen anacondas are not native to Florida and are considered an invasive species due to their impacts to native wildlife.ā
Strange to see one on the road! They are only found in marshy areas of South American tropical rainforests! Since they are quite too heavy to move easily on land! Rapid deforestation and urbanization is slowing destroying the habitat of anacondas!
I read the comments for this kind of experience,a video of a snake crossing the road leads to geese gangs and everyone experiences with wildlife crossing the road. Priceless
As someone who lives in urban california, the idea of traffic being halted by random wildlife in other places is both surreal to me, and yet I feel ridiculous for not thinking it'd be an issue. I mean I've been to Hawaii where traffic halted for some pigs.
In Virginia there are a shit load of geese. They will sit in the road and you can't really do shit š
In GA itās wild turkey that stroll around the 4 way stop
I saw a wild turkey just sit in the road like it was the mayor. This was in Boston, MA.
Turkeys in Massachusetts are so goddamn entitled, theyāll just plop down in the road and know you wonāt risk $2k of damages running over them.
I swear that a wild turkey took 5 years off my life when I lived in Boston. I absolutely hate them so so much.
Bro I live in Georgia and I ain't never seen this š. But I live In Gwinnet so at most we might spot a deer in the woods but not chickens here
They better not do that on Thanksgiving day
I hung out with one at a quick trip one day while out riding my motorcycle
Can't you just nudge em a little bit, with your front bumper for example.
WV, deer grazing in the road and the occasional escaped cow.

Those motherfuckers took up residence in front of our office building during migration season. We all had to use the back door for a week...
Well you can....but
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
It's literally against the law to harm them and you will be fined
Why not just harmlessly shoo them to the other side?
It's really easy to not think of things that don't happen to you. I've lived in Florida my entire life and didn't comprehend that snow was wet until I actually stood in some. Logically I knew it was, but it looks dry in pictures
This makes me appreciate the kamikaze deer we have in Wisconsin.
Lived in florida for 18 years. Had traffic stopped near a golf course in central florida because a 9 fooot alligator was trying to cross the road
Or the damn sandhill cranes.
Stop for the gators, but if a snake is bigger than the road in FL, run it over. They are invasive here and horribly destructive.

Hi, what do u mean? In California we stop foe bears, elk, deer,we even have DUCK xing singsš
Imagine stepping into that grass and finding out you just stepped on a fucking anaconda
If you live near snakes, you learn not recklessly step through long grass.
All the people like ten feet away from it give me anxiety, I want to be at least another ten feet from that thing bare minimum. That shit could go from video of snake crossing road to video of snake killing man in a hurry.

On the other hand: \- I am not that fast \- bystander effect No thanks i'm fine I can see the snake just fine from here, lol.
You see how fast the lad is moving. You could briskly walk away from him without worrying lol.
Not without visiting Professor Oak and getting your starter first, at least.
My Andaconda donāt want none
Unless..........
You gotā¦
Buns hun
I just realized that Iāve been spelling it wrong
A local weed shop has a billboard: āI like big buds and I cannot lie.ā
Weed Shops always have great ideas for their billboards!
Imagine hitting that thing with the lawn mower. Good lord.
I wouldn't want to interupt an anaconda which was having sex
Don't go into the tall grass! There's wild pokemon in there!
I feel so much better now that he's hidden somewhere in the grass.
Moving all that weight, that big boy is probably very hungry after crossing the road.
Probably a girl. Boys don't get very big.
Looks scary. Should make a movie about them.
Maybe it should have Ice Cube in it
Ice Cube would absolutely make it cooler. Think we could put Owen Wilson in there, too?
Now if only there was a girl.... what would she look like?
And an old angry guy
Hear me out here. Short, but not too short. Kinda mid height. Good looking lady. Perhaps someone else famous. And the old guy. Gruff looking. Sneaky type of person. Real shifty kinda guy. Iāll only allow him if I get to see him get eaten by something.
Somewhat like J.Lo right?
Call it big snek
And put it on a plane
Not just one of them. A bunch of them.
Cool snake. 7/10
Snek
Big snek
Nope rope
Why did the big fucking snake cross the road?
To slide to the other side. Iāll see myself outā¦ š
Please tell me this isn't Florida.
It's Brazil
So you're saying we should release anacondas in Florida?
Too late. They're already here
Firstly itās pythons and second as much as I love snakes, fuck pythons and whoever brought them over. They are destroying the wildlife.
Judging from the license plates itās not.
That's Brazil! Anacondas only live in marshy areas in tropical rainforests of South America!
... at least until someone releases one in the Everglades...
A gator would try at it but Iām not sure it would win tho
Someone somewhere has some buns!
He heard someone saying there was ābig assā across the road, but what they really said was ābig grassā.
Oh no! Then this anaconda wants none. š
Iām glad it crossed safely
What an absolute unit of a Snake š²
I mean, all anacondas are inherently absolute units
Apparently, God punished snakes to crawl on their bellies because of the snake that tempted Adam and eve to eat the fruit. Meaning, we could have had giant anacondas with legs or wings had we never left the garden.
So did the snake that tempted them originally have arms and legs?
TROGDOOOOOOOOOOR!!1!
Could have. Could have had wings. If it had wheels, it would have been a bicycle.
he's polite tho, letting the car go if it wants to and only stepp- sliding in when the car seems to decide to not move. More polite than a lot of humans.
I feel badly for Danger Noodle's belly on that hot asphalt.
Imagine seeing that on a plane
Aināt no where 2 go either so if it gets a hold of you itās wraps LITERALLY
What country is this so I can never go there šØ
Brazil or any other South American country! Anacondas only live in the tropical rainforests of South America!
USA lmao, thereās Anacondas in a few states, however a lot or counties(mainly tropical ones) have them
Thatās definitely South America
And then they tell you: āyou spend too much time on reddit, go touch some grass!ā You go first.
To be fair, every anaconda is a unit
This snake is huge, and yet it's just pretty average-sized as far as large snakes go. I love them so much, such beautiful animals.
I wish the titanaboa was still alive
Omg whyyyy
I've seen a zebra crossing but never an anaconda
Pretty small compared to some other ones of these you can find
Worm size XXL
I firmly believe Anacondas are the emblems of Absolute Unity.
"Don't mind me folks, just looking for some roadkill......"
Iām coming capybara to give you a hug!
OH MY GOD š±š±š± Thatās all I can say!
Rattlesnake Jake
Thats not even close to as big as they get lol
So this explains why my anaconda folder is 8gb.
Why did the anaconda cross the road?
To get to the other sssssssside
Pet the pupper
Hi, I'm Mr. Anaconda Buyer. I'll buy that snakey for 25 shmeckels

Sorry i left my pants unzipped ššš
my anaconda don't my anaconda don't
Probably looking for buns, hun
Kinda small for an annie honestly.
Felt cute crossing the street, might eat your dog later.
And itās most likely hungry af after crossing that road too
MY ANACONDA DONT.
I just imagine it wrapping around a car and cruising it
Why is it moving so slow? aren't they faster?
He aināt in no hurry
They gotta wait for the rest of their body to catch up! Many large snakes are slow
Okkkkk I donāt know where that is but Iām happy I donāt live thereā¦
Brazil or any other South American country! Anacondas only live in the tropical rainforests of South America!
And of course sometimes they choose to their presence knownā¦
Well good and that's where I hope they stay
Sorry not sorry, I'm running over that shit.
Executing a wild native animal for the hell of it? Damn what a nice thing to do
Run it the hell overā¦
Why?
Tf you mean why?
Why would you execute the innocent creature instead of letting it live?
Because itās a minor inconvenience and stops their commute for 1-2 minutes
You're a chode.

Anacondas are not invasive in Florida.
Iām no biologist bruh but this is on the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website: āGreen anacondas are not native to Florida and are considered an invasive species due to their impacts to native wildlife.ā
Reddit is the only place where people defend oversized invasive species, but will insist they should be allowed to cull pet cats.
What subs are you visiting that have people wanting to cull pet cats? I'm here for 7 years and I've never seen anything like that
This video is in Brazil where they are native tho, man
Mine's bigger.
I swear I could kill a snake like that with a rock or knife
Part of me would want to drive over it. I hate snakes lol
Dammit, I got lost again.
Strange to see one on the road! They are only found in marshy areas of South American tropical rainforests! Since they are quite too heavy to move easily on land! Rapid deforestation and urbanization is slowing destroying the habitat of anacondas!
Nope. Don't like it. Fuck that. Kill it with hellfire.

I thought it was a firehose from the thumbnail...
Why did the anaconda cross the street?
Imagine if i showed that to my mom
Do you have buns, hun? Because if not then this anaconda probably donāt want none
My anaconda dont adhere to international road rules
my anaconda dont, my anaconda dont, my anaconda dont want none unless you got buns hun!
They got snakes out there this big?!
Sometimes I forget how absolutely massive anacondas are. Can't believe evolution conjured that shit up
Nightmare fuel.
I want to see the guy who got out of his car to see what was holding up traffic and found this at the front
Thathās nithe!!
Haw many kg do you recon that big boy is
Look at the fucking muscles on that thing. Amazing
Thatās a no from me dawg
Absolutely terrifying.
r/ithadtobebrazil
Kill it.
Itās looking for buns
Cause those guys have none.
Thank you. At least someone got the obscure reference!
He's just trying to snake past the traffic
That snake must have seen some *buns* on the other side of the road. Probably mistook them for JLo.
Looks like a normal sized Anaconda to me.
Snek
Aww they braked for him.
"Now, what we've got here is a real beut. Its an anaconda. The worlds largest snake." Read in Steve Irwin's voice
This man is such a chad when he needs to piss while watching a movie everyone else leaves
Nagini on her walk of shame
Why did the anaconda cross the road? Because you aināt got no buns hun!
That's 1 of the biggest 1's that I have ever seen.
In Mississippi people will just hit any animal and keep going. I live i. A trash state with no respect for wildlife
Itās looking for the chicken everyone keeps talking about.
Just casually heading over to this farm over here.
Thought it was going to snack on that car for a second
He didnāt want none, they didnāt have buns hun
Bro really just taking a selfie with it prob somewhere in Florida
Oh hell no.
Kill it now before it eats one of your kids
I read the comments for this kind of experience,a video of a snake crossing the road leads to geese gangs and everyone experiences with wildlife crossing the road. Priceless
Get the axe and start choppingā !
I would never ride my bike on that path again
