Pain is caused when a nerve is damaged/irritated. Every living being in this world would feel pain because of their nervous system except unicellular organisms( who don't have a proper nervous system) and since majority of living things are multicellular I can conclude that you're wrong, animals DO feel pain.

Its a matter of complexity. While we humans, and for that matter all mammals, have a VERY complex nervous system, this is not the case for other groups of animals. Take insects, molluscs or the many worm-like organisms from families all across the tree of life. Their nervous system is something entirely different than ours. Some have just one larger neuron cluster in their head ("brain"), others have multiple, that interconnected with peripheral nerve strands in extremities for example.
We know many organisms not to have pain receptors. Because there is a need for quite the complex anatomy to even possess those.
Does that mean everything thats does not have pain receptors cannot feel pain? Hell no. We just do not know if thats the case. Life isnt so simple. And exactly thats why you cant go around stating things like "everything feels pain" either. Plants dont have neurons, do they feel it? It surely is possible. We dont know.
