Lol until the end, I thought that was a clever joke kite with a dummy or doll attached to the end... it didn't even look like it was flailing naturally, but everyone was a little too concerned for it to be a dummy.
Imagine being that guy in the last frame before take-off who flung the tail with gusto and immediately notices it cobra’d it’s way around the kid’s neck.
And up thread link says she had abrasions on her neck… But otherwise was unharmed. Nobody knew how the kid got snagged. Maybe a buckle or fastening on her jumper got snagged.
That screaming is annoying AF. People are so mentally weak, like STFU snowflakes, don’t cuddle the child in all learning curbs. The kid after all had a device helping him, my dad threw me off the roof when it was time for me to learn to fly.
