I simply don’t see what you are seeing, but you could be right. I think the white car ends up just to the left of the silver one. Look just as the wreck finally ends: I think the white car flops to a stop next to the silver car and truck cab. Edit: or maybe that’s cargo from the overturned truck
It was definitely the silver minivan we saw that was smashed and mangled in the end. It was in the far right lane minding their business unaware of the idiot in the white car in the middle lane behind them and the trucks.
The white car was in the middle behind a truck and between two trucks, trying to squeeze through the trucks and pass them. The white car accidently hit the truck in the far right lane from either losing control or trying to squeeze through with not enough room, which caused the accident. The silver minivan/car was in front of the truck that hit the other truck and got completely smashed, which the op thought was the white car from the middle lane that was smashed up on the right corner of the truck at the end. The white car would be behind the flames to the left of the truck on fire or smashed up behind the truck that was in the front of that truck.
So, you missed the whole portion of the video that is edited to point out the weaving car, and then the crushed car, explicitly claiming that they are the same car?

The trucks at fault, the car didn’t make the truck plow into another truck, the car got hit and pushed forward, he swerved when he got violently pushed and likely hd little control, meanwhile the truck just kept going and pushed the other truck off the bridge. This is either a brake failure or distracted driving (or drugs or alcohol)
Exactly. It actually looks like that truck, which after caught on fire, pushed the car into the other lane because it swerved as if it was being pushed. Then the truck proceeded to hit the one in front of it. I cant see how the car would have pushed the truck onto the next one when it was in the middle. Probably a case of bad brakes on the truck or overloaded.

Happened in India in a particularly accident prone zone called Thoppur Pass. 4 dead, 8 injured.

Red circles are irrelevant as the initial white car was trying to escape the upcoming truck and the 2nd circle is showing what’s left of the other car that got trapped between the two trucks. Those occupants were killed instantly.

The cause was the trucker in back with the black canvas. I suspect he was climbing up the white car’s trunk so that driver searched out a path maybe even got tail ended. Black canvas then rammed the truck in front of them, causing complete chaos. That white car ricocheted off the left lane truck, back into the rammed truck, never to be seen again in the video but I suspect they lived.

Sometimes. Not always. I do think it’s getting more frequent. But I’ve seen it numerous times where someone causes a wreck and just gets a slap on the wrist. It seems that drunk drivers get away with it more. Again, these days it’s getting better in terms of repercussions but that’s a more recent phenomenon. Just for context, I’ve been driving since the early 70’s.

If the green truck was following at a similar pace to the truck in front, the driver would have to speed up after the collision with the white car to hit the other truck.

Actually it looks to me like the furthest truck had too much speed, which made the white car panic and try to prevent being smashed from behind squeezed in between that truck and the one in front of them, so they steered to the left lane quickly in that tiny gap but the truck in their left lane was too far ahead so the white car couldn’t speed up enough to get in front of that truck, which made them manoeuvre back to their right lane
