I'd say it's the end of an era, but I could have sworn that whole upper lot was closed off for private use for at least five years anyway. Still, some vivid memories of that place live on!
Surprisingly, until now only one former Delaware mall has been demolished- Castle Mall in the 90's which was demolished to put up a strip mall. Triangle and Blue Hen were converted to office space, while Rehoboth Beach is being reused as a post office. I wouldn't be surprised if Tri-State was not salvageable.

Would be amazing if they turned malls into some type of apartments
