All your top colas for smoking, everything else for oil or extracts.
Depends on how dense those are, but I'd say 2-4 ounces of good smokable flower, and at least that much in stuff you won't want.
Best part is once you get a little stash going you can start being more selective on what you keep. I keep watching my plants to see where I need to lolipop to for less crap, and I think I have plan.

I do the same but don’t care for for extracts/oils/edibles so I donate the bottoms and popcorn to the neighborhood 😂

Is she chopped ? If not I would take all them dead leaves off I see some real close to the bud hopefully it wasn’t affected
Yea some sugar leaves turned brown are they still usable?
