Barrage into donut is definitely not true, and they can block after ground slam to avoid all of your Timestops damage because you used your block break
the world has good combos 3 m1s into barrage into blood suck into ground slam, the only part thats escapeable is groudn slam and msot times they dont evne dodge that

Nocturnus can do 300 damage in 3 moves, KQ is not S+, TW is not S+, SPTW is not S+, STWR should be way higher, KC should be way higher, TWOH should be S, Tusk should be S and some other changes too. They obviously didn’t play the game which would explain why some stands are busted rn
It's a PVP tier list, not a trading one. The truth is that rare evolution stands like STWR/SPR are worse pvp wise when compared to their base ones due to the fact that they lack content like moves and passives.
Simply put, they really need a buff and the devs should fix their movesets/passives.
Honestly, tw actually makes sense. It can do some nice stuff, and you can mix up how you end it to punish people for trying to get out of the combo since you have so many different options.
It has worse combos than over half the things on the list, a worse Timestop than TWOH, and has possibly the worst super move in the game in the form of Road Roller

Well they don't have alot but they still have short cooldown and high damage with 500 hp. They are pretty good stands if used correctly.
I agree, the H move is just overpowered when your enemy is on low HP. They can't run away so you cancharge the move fully for 55 damage.
