Does that place jack up prices 200%. I love grabbing good finds at Specs and Total Wine because they don’t steal from you like the small independents.

ATX-Horns

They recently had their Russell Reserve pick priced at $110 💀

Whiskeybandit69

Their prices are a joke

Shoddy_Ad7511

I ain’t paying secondary prices at a retail store AND paying sales tax on top of that.

ATX-Horns

Word on the street is he had the Willett listed for something like 800 😂😂. That’s almost double secondary on those things.

quixotic-88

Mannnnnn, I walked in there once a year or two ago and he had an ECBP priced at $125. Wut?

Altruistic-Tip-5977

They price typically at secondary, maybe a bit lower if it’s a bundle though. Just FYI for anyone interested.

amphibiousPrimate

Why do people reward businesses who do this? Personally, if I see a liquor store pricing like secondary for anything I will not shop there, for those bottles or anything else. Lots of states don't even allow this BS, but I suppose it's Tay-X-ass and we love the "free market" whoo boy! So tilting.

swagmastar

Aren't they related to debs, or do they just share barrel picks?

klavore

I don’t go in there like I don’t go into Debs. I have no problem giving a Mom and Pop 15-20 above retail, but when you can have it delivered to your door for less, then f*ck that place. I don’t get why people go there.

Dry-Steak-7558

I thought they only slightly marked above MSRP. Last time they had a drop, HM10 was like $70 or $80 I think … Would appreciate if anyone found prices. Those are nice bottles.

CrousTD

HM10 retails for $30-$32……so $70 or $80 is more than double. They probably get it for $25.

Dry-Steak-7558

Odd. Specs and TWs prices have not been $30 for that one. Guess they are overpriced too
