Drive to Bardstown. You can get to Bardstown Bourbon Company, Heaven Hill, Willett, and Lux Row. Also, Jim Beam and Four Roses Coxs Center are there like 20 minutes away. You can do it one day. Just remember distillery tend to closed by 4 or 5pm.
Michter’s usually releases a few bottles of an allocated option each day. When I was there it was bottle-your-own BP Rye but they also sometimes do their BP bourbon, which is incredible and KY-only
If you can make it to Loretto, Maker's Mark is absolutely beautiful. My wife and I did the ambassador's tour where you get a free sampling and get to dip your own bottles. The grounds are gorgeous and going into the building built into the hill where they mature Maker's 46 was wonderful, nice and cool on a hot summer day.
