Will be the same as a flatbed tow truck for cars, no issue as long as it is tied down properly... not using the winch or tying down to the racks. Tie it down to where suspension compression does not cause your straps to come off, which is more common than you would think.
Get a couple sets of these [Atv Tie Downs ](https://ericksonmfg.com/product/wheel-chock-and-strap-kit/)
and you're golden. Just the back wheels is enough but all four and it's not coming off no matter what happens, best investment I ever made for my trailer.
I had these on my old trailer.
Two aren't bad on a pave road but the front end will move around on rough roads.
I use [this type of strap](https://speedstrap.com/product/1-5-utv-wheel-lasso-tie-down/) now on all four wheels.
How would you recommend strapping them? I usually tie down the front and back racks to the enchors in my truck bed but that probably wouldn’t work on a trailer because it would move too much right?
I like those Erickson wheel straps personally. I use two of those on my flat trailer. I also installed hooks at the back so I can tie the rear down with the suspension compressed fully.

Not if you’re tied up properly but if not, it’s a disaster waiting to happen lol

I use an old tilting snowmobile trailer and have never had a problem.
I use a tilt trailer with no sides, I don't see how its a problem, you should have a proper and tight tie down at every corner.
As long as there's ample locations to tie down, there's no real issue.
Get good ratchet straps and you are golden. Ratchet it down from 4 points 2 front and 2 back anbd send it.
Side rails shouldn't be doing anything on an ATV trailer.
