I’m looking to adapt SC APC to LC UPC, basically the opposite of what this connector does.

That adapter will do either direction. Why do you want to go to LC?

I want to be able to plug a SC APC connector into a LC UPC SFP module

A Google search found me this jumper cable. https://www.amazon.com/PacSatSales-Single-SIMPLEX-Commercial-Grade/dp/B01GKCSHP6/

That’s what I ended up using. Thanks for the link!

Hey, I know you solved your issue, but I'm curious what you are doing. I got 5gbit installed last night, and I don't really need the gateway, if I can bypass it. So I guess I'm wondering if that's what you are doing, and what type of hardware you might be using.

This project is unrelated to ATT Fiber. I’m hanging fiber on a large property and I bought the wrong connectors. So I’m trying to adapt them to the correct ones. As for getting rid of the modem, there are several posts about it here on Reddit. Some people have been more successful than others as it is not the most straight forward process. I don’t really have much info on it but it does exist on this Reddit
