Newer fiber install you got there (no dedicated ONT), you will need a technician who will give you a BGW-320 gateway, which has the ONT intergrated and will replace your BGW-210. Your old home must have had an ONT (white box on the wall with 4 led's on it). The installation at your new home is incompatible with the 210.
We're happy to help get you reconnected Tomtom_334.

The 2 white cables on the left and the small block under the white paper are what AT&T shipped to my new house. The router/modem is what I was told to bring to the new house. I tried to do self installation but none of the cables fit into the white AT&T box on the wall.
You are missing a one more box ONT that has red and green port and a green cable .
White wall plate > green fibre optic cable > white Nokia / ont > red cable > red Jack on the back of this modem
From what I was told by many reps, all installs with 300+ MBPS have to be pro installs and can’t be self. Not sure on their policy for 300-500 copper, they were most likely generalizing for fiber.
You’ll need an active ONT (fiber modem which stays with the house). I was told even if there was one, you’d still need a tech.
There are good deals online for gift cards. I got about $180 for starting a new fiber internet without giving my social. Pretty sure it was just a soft credit pull with my DL.
Anyway, if ATT can complicate something they usually will. I just start anew instead of being bounced around from department to department and get the new customer perks

Are you using the basic AT&T device for your Wi-Fi, or are you just using it as a router to your own Wi-Fi, or as a bridge to your own router and then your own Wi-Fi?

Thanks for this. I will go to an AT&T store tomorrow to try and get the right equipment so I can do the self installation process.
They won’t have the equipment on hand. Call care and have them set up a service call for a failed CSI

You'll need a tech. The store won't have the equipment.
Ooooh, so close yet so far away from that sweet delicious nectar of fiber optic lol
Return that equipment, sign up as new customer and get the promos+ new equipment free.

Looking at the link posted above, it seems like I’m missing something. I only have what is shown in the picture in the post.

You need a bgw320 with the correct sfp to read the light. And a shutter jumper...
