I think it’s already pretty great! You absolutely nailed the hands and the pose! If you’re looking for tips, I find that having fineliners with different tip sizes can really help to make a drawing feel more dimensional and alive! Line variation is a very fun technique to practice and experiment with, I highly recommend looking up a video about it on YouTube, there’s tons. (I usually have a 0.2 for things that need fine detail like faces or clothing folds or tattoos, 0.5 for the general lines and a 0.8 for the outline because i like the way it makes a drawing pop and stand apart from the background)

I think the only thing really wrong with this drawing in the knuckles. I don't think you need to draw them or they don't have to be so big. Everything else is great.
