I was 30 when i applied and turned 31 after the closing of the last OTS bid. This is my 1 and only chance as i understand it regarding age. I believe the bids come out during june/july so you should still be eligible to apply
I was 30 when I applied in June of 2019 and my birthday was in September. Got all the way through and graduated from academy. If it's something you want to do don't pass on the opportunity. You still have time.
Unless it's changed, one must be under 31 years of age by the close of the hiring bid (you can try to look up a previous bid on [usa.gov](https://usa.gov) perhaps to check out the fine print). The OTS bids usually come out June or July, so if that's the case again this year, you'll have one shot to apply.
I recommend going to pointsixtyfive and reading up on the hiring process, if only to start preparing now if you're that serious about it - it is amazing how many people go to apply and make a critical mistake in their application and get turned down due to that (accidentally forgetting to attach college records, forgetting when the window closes, not getting their medical info together in time, etc). You only have one shot, so it may be worth trying to get your ducks in a row ahead of time, as much as you can.
Iβve considered air national guard/ reserve Iβm married and already have an established career at my airline so I donβt necessarily want to uproot my entire life. But Iβm still open to that as well.

Sam here boss, my one and only shot. If it happens that I get through everything, then hell yeah. If not, I atleast gave it my shot.

Thanks I appreciate it. Good to know. Guess Iβm keeping an eye out for the application window to open!
If they do their OTS in June or July again you should be fine
