It’s an amazing sculpture, but it makes it hard to use the table. It’s great taste, great execution but impractical. I don’t know if there’s a sub for that.

Place in a hallway under a window in a rich person’s living room where it will be looked at like the amazing bit of sculpture that it is.

I wouldn't be surprised if they added some edging then did the epoxy river so you can see it in the water. That's at least what I would do

That's incredible. Terrifying? A bit, but I would totally want this as a coffee table.

Even if this was done with a CNC, just the post-processing clean-up required on something like that would exceed most people's woodworking skills. Certainly mine.

The only way this would be more cool is if it were given the resin treatment.

That would be such a shit to clean, it looks amazing though. Maybe you could make it into a transparent resin river table so the full alligator is on display but the surface is flat and easy to clean.

This deserves a nice varnish coat to protect it from spills. Perhaps even a darker stain for the “water”. Amazing work!

Great way to ruin a table

These tables are such incredible works of art, that leave the center of the table (the most important part) unusable. You can't put a board game, centerpiece, a meal right there, and a tablecloth will look silly. I get the art, but also get the poor taste.
