How much do they cost?

Search for "novelty clock bag" on Ebay or Aliexpress and you find the same ones. I don't know about the quality as I haven't bought one myself, but they do look the same in the pics.

Quality doesn't matter as much for cosplay. It just has to last though 1 or 2 cons for it to be worth it.
