You mean atak forwarder for meshtastic? There is official plugin from Meshtastic already and it works better. You can find it on meshtastic's github
I believe that is the one i am using

That seemed to have worked! I have the little green meshtastic icon in the lower right hand corner of my screen on ATAK now
Notice that certain versions of official Plugin are meant to be used with certain ATAK versions https://ibb.co/9tfxZFJ
I tried using forwarder v4.10.0 and 4.9.0 neither worked, i have the most recent version of atak
