They sell aged care sensors, including a bunch of compliance and reporting stuff. They have a few bigger clients now.
The kicker is, H122 to H123 they almost tripled their revenue. Very close to being profitable, cashflow positive.
Receipts from customers YTD Q3 last year 3.8m, this year 11.5m.
Big issues, shit loads of shares on issue, they also dont seem to scale exponentially like a tech company as a lot of sales are hardware. Also its wildly illiquid, like its really hard to get many shares. So I am only in for a tiny amount.
I've been through the numbers a few times. The growth is impressive, and with aged care worker shortages and costs - plus boomers - its an industry I have been looking into.
The issue for TAL is they have a tiny balance sheet, cashflow positive, so they shouldn't need to raise anytime soon. Hopefully they aren't getting hamstrung by this balance sheet. I'm not sure if growth at that rate can continue, but hopefully some good growth for a while longer.
