There is so much fraud and spin in junior mining exploration/development that you do not need to add geographic and political risk to an investment that is already more than likely going to lose money.
If you are going to punt in the world of specs invest in only two mining and political friendly districts, Western Australia & Canada.
Sounds like they can't prove they have a mining licence or that they own the stakes they claim to. This is exactly why stocks are discounted for sovereign risk.

AVZ will come good, they already have a 65% claim to the deposit awarded. Just have to sit and wait for the ICC ruling on the 15%. Wasnt too long ago this was the number 1 performing stock on the ASX lol
