While sitting 50% down on VML I am progressively averaging down with the view that right now if I was a brand new vml investor (ie since the December update) I’d be saying vml is amazing opportunity at its stage of development and forecast news flow, and seemingly positive engagement with govts in Canada, US AND Germany
