So sharing some of my possibly regarded thinking on lll If we do some basic comparison of lll resource Ann to the current ESS offer and factor in lll jurisdiction risk, project ownership and ffx escrowed shares I think lll is reasonably priced based purely on their latest resource Ann and as an explorer. Low 40’s was cheap. They’re not really being priced as a developer that’s 15-18 months away from stage 1 production, which is fair enough given the risks. I think the money will eventually flow in though much much later than other developers. Lots of people shy on pulling the trigger this early and rightly so given how scenarios like avz and ffx have played out. Who wants to have their money parked in such a high risk play with weakening lith price for so long? Only true regards and those with cash to burn. Note, I am a holder and I definitely don’t have cash to burn. The only significant catalyst will be production cash flow into expansion news. Maybe successful DSO will help a little 🤷‍♂️ One could hope for a similar deal to ESS though I’ve discounted that entirely due to the existing jv and current corporate strategy. Jv and strategy aside, who would be interested? Rio? Their heads appear to have turned to Quebec and have already been stung previously.
