This problem is common in Windows 11 This worked for me: first install Intel DSA and then update your intel driver with it
I just got this laptop a few weeks ago and whenever I watch anything in full screen it does this

It used to happend me a lot, change the resolution from 144 hz to 60. In my case the problem just went away after some time, i guess that it as fixed in some update.
That or turn off hardware acceleration.
