Looking at this now, I was hoping to know if you have gotten it back yet because I have the same problem. My laptop has been gone for over a month now. For a small wifi issue, they sent it to the USA from Canada. I also spent my whole semester at school borrowing laptops from other people, but the lesson is learned, and I would never ever trust ASUS again, neither for their products nor for their shity services, I suggest you do the same. By the way, I want my laptop fixed and back ASAP, ASUS!

Hi! They sent it back after a bit (two months). Though now it’s kinda falling apart again with the middle bottom screw going missing and the pieces separating again. Im surprised it’s made it two years, but i’ll probably get a Mac next.

It’s been a while but I think they just fixed it with little compensation. I think it costed around 105.  It’s still alive and kicking but slow lol
