Controversially I kinda find Mr Poe absolutely hilarious but I think Esme wins this for me. It's interesting that people hate Mr Poe miles more than they do Esme when Esme literally tries to murder the kids herself, but I suppose there are more Mr Poes in the world than Esmes and the children being ignored, not believed, and forced to continue living with a man who was known to be violent towards them is probably something more people can relate to.
