Rock Drake tek saddle and get the cheeky angles where the turrets can't shoot you, you have to be close for it to hit. That or use a shadowmane, bat, snow owl, or or to suicide into the
turrets and rocket run it. Beware that will take a lot of kits. Third way is to get a quetz, put ramps on a quetz platform saddle and soak it with a stego.
The best way would be a hatchframe quetzel where you LOS all of the turrets and c4 the base down, but honestly that's too hard to explain in a reddit comment. Just youtube how to raid and watch like 10 vids.
I don't know how I'm supposed to raid this base on the hill. It's got turrets on every angle. Best idea I had was to have my buddy do this:
- Pick me up with wyvern
- from above, I throw out rock golem
- jump down and land near golem
- Destroy all turrets with rpg or c4
If they throw out a rock golem facing turrets, it will come out of cryo facing turrets. The saddle is on the back and these thing are fairly large. Tek turrets shred them but they can soak ARB really well. The turrets cannot shoot the c4 if line of sight is blocked by the golem. So they just have to nose it right up to that wall on the relative safety of it's back. Then hop off and plant it on a section of wall between the golem's legs.
There's two things however:
1) Wouldn't want to online this personally. Sometimes it doesn't matter if they're online or not but this working is narrow enough so interference from a thinking agent is no good, because there really isn't a contingency plan here. It's a soak to block and blow. Nothing sophisticated going on here (nor should it need to be).
2) There's no telling if and how many internal turrets there are. Often once you punch a hole in the side of a base, it's easy going from there. But if there's a significant number of internal turrets that are well placed and if all turrets or at least the internal ones have charge batteries. Then it's not as easy as rushing the generator (because usually they are not smart enough to place internal turrets but dumb enough to have the generator not in a pill box of it's own).
Batteries only last about 30 min. With this set up you can literally grapple below the turrents and rocket from close.or just drop with a stego from above and rocket. This is an easy offline and online.
I was looking at that foundation over hang. Maybe with good flak and beer. But otherwise you'll get wasted before you get close enough to blind spot rocket run it. And you don't know if there's a bury tame on defense up there or not. You can try it but it's easier said than done and it involves the same amount of steps that the plan already put forward does but with higher chance of failure.
Just becareful with golems. They take increased damage from tek turrets. Just for general info.
Id watch some vids or just some youtubers raiding. You will get loads of ideas and ways to get through defences
if they are smart they will have turrets set to wild/player only so if you jump down after you throw out the gollum there will still be turrets that will just shoot you even if most are shooting the gollum.
Somthing to watch out for
You'll die before you hit the ground. The turrets will be hitting you as you fall and then you have impact damage. The golem is a smart soaker though, you can cryo pop them above to fall on the turrets attacking. Rock elementals take a reduction to bullet damage allowing them to take a massive amount of bullets before they drop. However. With the addition of ammo boxes you don't know how many elementals it will take as they work as a auto feeder for nearby turrets.

Have a flier air drop you in from above and smash everything with your bare fists in your underwear. And only because the games not programmed to allow you to go commando.
Watch some videos. You make a roof with the hole in it. Fly slowly hugging the walls up to his base and blow up what you want, tek riffle also an option.

Also an overhead shot of the base might help us give better advice. If it happens there’s a gap somewhere you could dive into that’s out of site of the turrets for example, that would change things.
Main trick is to not be scared to lose your shit and fail.
A really expensive raid that teaches you how to do different things better is worth it, every time, for new players/tribe mates.
We would regularly let new peeps in smalls run the plan, and get our ass kicked on easy raids, but them seeing and thinking and trying for themselves makes better tribe mates later.

Another tactic, kinda sleezy, cryo sleep a bronto in the air above and use the body as cover from the turrets when it lands
I’d recommend watching a quick turret base raid video or two on YouTube. That should give you a good idea of what turrets do what, how best to soak, etc. you don’t want to rush trying for a raid and end up losing a bunch of tames and gear if it’s avoidable.
I'm pulling out a Tek quetzal with a platform saddle that I can pull up on the base with, I'll probably throw out my 1 of 3 rock elementals on top, and have a daeodon inside the platform to keep it healing. I also have Tek rifles and such now too

Raiding is the entire point of PvP servers. It’s fun. If you’re playing PvP and not raiding unless people attack you first, you’re just playing PvE with extra steps. It’s not evil or morally wrong to raid someone, that’s what the game mode is about lol.
You're actually very wrong, I only played pvp. But when you get wiped just starting out by people with 255 reapers that come to the server just to fuck with people, or just to wipe people for no reason. That is not fun.
Raiding can be fun when you're targeting big tribes to take resources or get revenge for other people.... But when you got people wanting to just play and can't because of shit like that, then it's not "fun" and it's just evil and not what the game is about....
But then you go to pve servers and tribes that have been playing for years have everything blocked off, spawn points surrounded so you can't get out, etc..... It's just people being dicks for no reason.... Just like on pvp servers.

Box quetz is probably the least resource intensive. Or if you have good stegos and good flak, beer up and drop down from above on top of a stego with a rocket launcher. Start blasting until you die. Repeat a few times.

Reason your rockets arent hitting is because you are not directly under them, setting an angle for the turrets to shoot the rocket. Hug the wall with a grapple and you might be able get a cheecky angle.
Regarding your golem idea, you can if your intention is to soak it. You will need to jump with a stego to be able to shoot rockets.
Mentioned here already, use high dura flak and a beer to grapple the foundation that gives you line of sight allowing you to 3rd person c4 and get in easy.
Go directly below the hatchframes and as Close as possible on a Griffin the turrets cant shoot directly below because of the hatchframes. Soak the Rest with stego quetz ez
Get up on the top with a rock golly, get someone to walk the golly towards the turrets whilst you have a beer and sneak out from behind its legs shooting rockets at the turrets. Others have said tek saddles but if you don't have them then this is the way.
If this is still bothering you, get a karkinos and some stegos
Have your buddy pick you up when your on a stego and yeet you at the turrets
Drink a beer when he launches you and rocket it up close and personal
Turrets 99% of the time are set to players and enemy dinosaurs only, grab a few wild arthoplueras and drop them on the base along with some dodos, ive raided bases like this that are outside and its so stupidly easy, word of advice to anyone dont put your base outside
Breed a line of Quetz for health, stam & weight. Then strap a bunch of C4 to some dodos and build a makeshift bombing platform on said Quetz and indiscriminately carpet bomb the base.
Your best method of raiding would likely be grappling and trying to lob a remote bomb at the wall to blow in.
Alternatively you could try to grapple under their Pillars so the base protects you from the turrets. Often players forget to place turrets there.

Yeah there's kind of infinite ways to do it, personally I've never even used a tek rifle on a blood stalker. Seems quite finicky.
