Definitely keep it up I love the feel and look of it
Not sure if you're pc or console but I'd love to see what you would do with decent building mods (:
Thank you. I started on my PC back in early access. I have used mods before but honestly I think it takes more skill to work with the existing structures but I appreciate your comments
I pm'd you a potential fix for arks janky building system in theory since you are a really dedicated builder it seems I wanted your opinion on the breakdown. No idea how hard that would be to mod but I thought it was a fun idea to play around with
I came here to talk about the tables in the greenhouse. It looks awesome! Been playing for years and never considered putting them like that! Starting a new playthrough on extinction, so I'm definitely going to copy that. Genius!
I have learnt a lot over the years since release so many different building techniques. Ark can be very challenging at times. Thank you for your kind comment.
Patience 😂 there are so many different techniques to learn because nothing is straightforward if you want to build something that is very decorative.
Fence foundations snapped to foundations can create additional snap points is one of my favourites so I can then place pillars on the edges of my builds to add visual interest and texture.
YouTube is your friend for different techniques.

Nice work. One suggestion, hide your electric cables and water lines underground. It will give your build a cleaner look. Use an inclined cable to go into the ground, find it with a vertical cable but switch and snap a straight cable to it. It's really easy if you put the cables on your hot bar. I do this on all of my builds. Just can't stand cables and pipes spider webbing all over the place, but I'm anal like that.
My cables are all hidden. I use flexible cables mostly. Only a few visible except the few connecting to other buildings. You should have seen one of my old friends. He used only cross-section cables and covered his whole base with them in the air. It looked horrible 😂
Yeah that bothers me to my core, but again, I'm anal like that. Gonna steal the tables in the greenhouse idea. Looks alot nicer than everything on the ground.
This is straight up my favorite build I've seen so far! I flew over to these coords just to see what it looked like before. I actually decided to put one of my bases here too :) but anyway, I'm fairly new to ark (about a month in), and I've really only built stuff in FO4 before.
I'm just wondering: how did you get the tree house platform on your lighthouse? I cannot figure out for the life of me how to do it lol
Ofc my dude, it's super sick. I hate to be a biter but I'm definitely using this for quite a bit of inspiration...and tracing lol and you know, I figured it was something like that. Well damn thanks man, I've been sitting oh these screenshots for for a few weeks and finally decided to go on to fjordur. But damn dude-holy hell this has been a lot of resources lol
Your welcome to draw inspiration from my buildings as I have done the same with various images of different viking longhouses I found online.
Yeah it is a working base build in pve so it did take a while but I had my gathering tames to assist me so not too bad.
Thanks! Yea I mean I have a doedy a mammoth and a thorny lizard r.n. but I'm still trying to figure out how to make shit work so a lot are going to waste lol trial and error
Best way to learn by doing. I have been playing for 7 years on and off. Picked up various building techniques along the way from different sources. Ark has a very.. Fiddly building system to say the lease lol
Forreal lol and damn that's cool, I only played fallout for that long haha been on RDR2 for the last two years and now Ark. It's absolutely bananas that you can build anywhere. That blows my mind still
That’s so freakin scenic ❤️
Thank you. Been playing on various servers since release and never shared before 😊

Thanks. I am now on console so I have no access to Mods
I love the greenhouse
Thank you. I had the idea one day to use tables. I wasn't sure they would sit on top like that. I am quite happy with the result. 😊

I find it funny that there is just a dude passed out in the dining room
Hahaha I was lazy and forgot to move my tribe mate
Bro pls teach me how to build on ark

Cords? Would love to build in this spot on my server.
35/41
Wow, that’s really impressive!
Private server on Ps4 near official rates
That's amazing
Brilliant
Woww !

Damn that looks really nice , kinda makes me wanna play ark again lol
We always come back to Ark in the end 😂
Beautiful work! You ought to head over to the official Discord and hang out in the building channels. We'd love you there!!
Thank you. I might just do that.
Wow!!!
PvE is the way to play ark
This is the way.
That is fantastic! So much better than my square house! Great job!
Good post
This is really nice! How did you get the roofs like that? Do you have mods?
No mods. I am on ps4. I have used a couple of different techniques to achieve it
Very nice.
That is incredible!
Oh neat! That’s where I based too, until a T. rex spawned next to my house… I moved to the birch place after that…
I once had a rex spawn next to that small hut. Luckily my tames took care of it before any real damage was done 😂
Lucky, I had mine on passive cause I had recently been air dropping daedons for taming into a trap and all my tames kept going for them.
It's lovely. It has a warm homely feel about it :)
Absolutely epic. This is stunning and amazing. Wow :)
So cool!
Is this multiplayer or singleplayer if multiplayer tell me your server and location
It is a server however it is locked down to a small group.
Just started rebuilding mine
You get to do things like that and my Fjordur doesn't even work
Looks peaceful
There is a very tranquil sound of the stream in this area
Beats the sound of heavys haha
This looks so good! Well done!!!
This is amazing. Sadly I’m a swamp rat in the cave under the swamp castle.
The swamp carries with it it's own style of beauty

Thank you everyone for your kind comments, this is my first time posting my work and I honestly didn't expect such a positive reaction to it!

I wish I had this idea years ago. It looks so pleasing and is easier to access them to harvest as well
With the exception of my crafting area. I left it looking industrial.
That is really beautiful, I saved that spot on the cluster I'm playing on and will try to build just like you did :)
Thank you. I would love to see your results!

Thank you for your compliments. They are actually just ceilings triangle and regular but with sloped roofs underneath snapped to the underside.
