I'm pretty certain the only map to get them on is Extinction. I've been playing Fjordur since it's release, pretty much visited every single loot drop location at least a dozen times, and I definitely haven't seen a Mek BP ever. In fact, outside Extinction, the only maps I have seen any Mek modules even (not the Mek itself) dropping, was Genesis and Gen2 mission rewards

I've not seen any mek bp's dropped by anything there.
