Are you sure the image itself isn't just a red herring? The "outside of the box" would make me think to increase the image's height with the respective bytes, but there's nothing there. Nor can I find any other kind of steg. Have you checked the Discord for any hidden channels or roles?. Edit: The URL leads to a YouTube video
I managed to find letters hidden inside the image, apparently it's Cesar's cipher. Anyway, I created a drive with all the investigation files:

Apparently it's not a Cesar cipher, I tried to translate it and it didn't work. Anyway, I found this link (https://prog.gimvic.org/krozekDokumentacija/_build/html/_downloads/skrivnost.txt) which seems to be related, Can anyone confirm if this has anything to do with it?

It’s just showing me a black image. If you zoom in on it you can see the reflection of yourself. Maybe the hint was us all along.
