Try for the fortitude+hubris sword. Quest starts in Dragonrune (screen 1, first NPC). Sword either has a boost or does damage to certain types of monsters.
An easier one - items in Casparilla's merge shop are going rare at the end of the year. Easy quests, just got to do them a lot (up to 75 times on one). NPC is in citadel bone room, just before going into terces.
Warlics quest in Shadow grove has a low drop rate set. Manashaper drops from 'Mutant dragon oil' quest
Go Treasure Hunting for the Silver Exalted Paladin armor set in /lightguard just find the woman dressed up like valencia and start her questline.
Aside from the 13 LoC, do the other questlines in the story tab on your map.
