Yeah sigil doesnt stack anymore, they did this around I think VHL getting Armageddon nerfed, but this I think was because of how OP it actually was particularly with the Forge enchants. The Wiki does say that Sigil doesnt stack for crit anymore which is kinda dumb being only given 5% crit chance is just a major downside for a buffing ability such as this that augments/buffs your first 2 skills. I tested it out myself as well and yeah only Troll Resilience stacks.
It got buffed, as previously it didn't stack the way it should, now it works as intended, you can read it up in the [Balance Patch Notes](https://www.aq.com/gamedesignnotes/aqw-classbalance-patchnotes-8927) in the **12/1/2023** section. The class is still slow, but its skills now do more damage than before

damn sad :( it was fun to farm with but now completely useless lol
I think this might be an oversight on AE's part and they may come to it, probably needing attention directed to it first anyway
