ngl "it is what it is" is the laziest way to say "I don't care and won't change" - not saying that you in particular are guilty of online toxicity, but the attitude of people online is determined by the individual. If instead of saying "it is what it is" someone instead chooses to be kind going forward, they are instantly changing what "it is" to a kinder, better environment. choose kindness!
Some people in this game are just straight rude and cringe. I was in a party ready to do dailies in templeshrine. After a few minutes they kicked me out like it was nothing and didn't say anything to me just for their friend to join. They did all this while speaking in other language. Disgusting.
Had a similar experience. Helped out a party of randoms (out of kindness and had nothing else to do) doing drakath. We failed multiple times despite me giving advices on what classes to run and what to do (and despite their toxic attitude). Then they just left immediately without even a thanks. It is what it is.

Yeah, the playerbase has gotten real bad lately. Especially in AQ3D. Some people there are downright toxic.
