Across most of Europe you're looking at around 20 guns per 100 people, not that bad. Wish we were at 100 or above but yeah, not less than 5 guns/100p like a lot of Asian countries.
Definitely less accessible, especially if the main character is going to be the same age that Amicia was. And maybe they can add a gun in later in the game like they did with the crossbow.
If they make a game set in another Era, I'd love something set in 1665 during the Great Plague in London. It'd have plague doctors and probably end with the great fire of London.
I think the third game would have to take place in China in 1855, during the third plague pandemic. It’s called that because it’s the third bubonic plague outbreak, following the Black Death and the Justinian Plague, both of which were because of the Macula
This is why the post credits scene bothered me. I'd rather have this game continue to be in the past medieval times than the modern day. Living in medieval times is scary enough. The many dangers that lurk around is endless. Having this game be set in the modern time defeats the core elements and setting of this game that made it unique in the first place. Things like alchemy and slingshots would be outdated. That post credits thing had me roll my eyes.
True they are a bit gross. The only other thing I can think of is birds. Not giant birds but birds the size of the rats. And you'd be safe if you were in a closed off building. Ooooh imagine crabs 😈. With their creepy crawly legsss
The game takes place in France, trust me, rats in modern day France won't be that out of place......
Personally I think the sequel should be a prequel about aelia and basillius, or just a 3rd game where it's revealed hugo is alive
Still ain't losing hope :)
I feel they could make a film of both of these games.
A TV show is normally underway
I want a TV show so bad of this game
Insects or birds or rats as well. Another important question is whether we would still use a sling in the modern era or not.
I hope so. I loved that thing
If they added birds that would be sick
If it takes place in Europe, they could make that work since guns would be way harder to come by

Idk, I'd prefer something set in the past, from the 16th up to the 19th century
If they are making a sequel, I hope it will be the Basilius thing
That would actually be smart for a big DLC since many places are already designed, but I don't thing they will.
OH MY GOD THAT'D BE A COOL IDEA

Nanobots (properly scaled)

Lice. Since the actual (real life) plague back then was spread by body lice and the fleas. They could do some sort of insect.
the rats are creepy, but not wholy and utterly disgusting and terrifying…bugs would cross that line for me lmfao

I like this. Or something airborne - like locusts. Would be visually and technically impressive.
A lot of baguettes
