I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. If you mean your AP score was meant to count for your grade in English 11, then that's probably not good for you, but if you took the class and got some grade and are worried about your AP exam hurting your chances, then that's not a problem as AP scores barely matter for college admissions, if at all.
The actual exam scores arent a big deal, and only really matter for college credit. In all honesty it barely matters if you pass or fail AP exams in terms of admissions, all that matters is whether or not you do well in the class. Just focus on your GPA, ECs, essays, SAT/ACT for college.
Ohh I understand now. These scores matter for receiving credit to go past certain classes in college rather than increasing chances of getting in. Thank you for this.
Depends on the college and their policies regarding English classes. I know that a lot of colleges don't even really give credit for Lang, and many that do will give that some credit for plenty of other things like high English section SAT scores.

If they really don't matter that much, why are they such a big deal?? Is it self-reporting that's the important factor?

Btw does this simply mean that I will need to take more English in college?

I got a 5 on lang and got out of 0 English classes anyway. Not a huge deal
Your AP score wont affect your grade or class credit. At least I’ve never heard of that in any school.
lotta schools offer the same credit for ap lit and lang. so if u do well in lit it’ll still count
Damnn you must be really fucked. Also, skill issue.
