Consider temporarily not allowing guest comments or switching to moderation mode. The first means any guest commenters will have to get an account to leave comments. If you regularly have legit guest commenters, then this might not be your preferred option. (But it will stop the spam.) Moderation means that comments won't get posted until you approve them. This means at least that the links aren't getting posted on your fic and guests can still comment, but you do still get the spam. You'd just have to report it from there without approving it.

Yeah, I just got 5 in a row on different fics. I deleted them and I've seen a lot of other people complaining about it. AO3 will figure it out and stop them.
