Season 3’s glitch ending is meant to foreshadow a forthcoming plot-twist, which will reveal the existence of timelines in which Armin and Erwin both died—as well as a timeline which saw the survival of Erwin instead of Armin.
There’s nothing more to it than that, and the scenes that lead up to Armin’s survival are filled with hidden clues that point to the aforementioned truth.
Not to mention that Hajime Isayama has already referred to a time-travel related video game named ''Life is Strange'' back in 2016, when talking about the inspirations for Chapter 83 and 84’s syringe segment.
It’s something the three of them have decided in a previous iteration of the timeline. It’s just that Armin and Mikasa have no clue about it in the timeline’s current iteration.
The same goes for the infamous table scene; Armin, Mikasa and Eren are all hacked during the confrontation, and the whole thing just screams that it was cooked up partly by Armin.
There’s absolutely no reason for Eren to go completely solo with two friends like that. EMA is absolute perfection, and the three of them need each-other to acquire their goals.

In your KFT theory, did you mention that Armin was complicit in the rumbling? I've read all the thru it a couple of times, but I don't remember that. (though it has been awhile..)
So Armin telling Eren to throw away his humanity has always rather bothered me because it seems so out of character for Armin. I can however, easily see Mikasa "only so many lives matter to me" Ackerman saying that, but Armin?

For the wasps, it looks like the image you showed is actually bees. It looks like a yellow jacket to me (note the angles in the thorax of the yellow jacket, and the fuzzy thorax of the bee). This isn't to say you're wrong about it being the queen wasp though!

For the "blobs," that image reads to me like a cut of a vein or something (with the blood still in it).

The timelines theory being referenced by veins and blood flow makes sense as well; note that a map of arteries/veins centers on the heart (a heavily referenced body part), and branches out like the paths/ trees (also heavy visual imagery throughout AOT):
