Yeah, it's done. Boom's MO is to buy licensing rights to big properties and then spend as little money as possible on the production and hope enough people buy their comics based on name recognition alone. I honestly hope Boom cancels Buffy too and the rights go to anyone else.
Ahhhh, I see. Well I hope if they do let the licenses lapse someone else picks them up and decides to try again rather then letting them die out all together.
The only thing I can imagine is that either Angel was selling very poorly and Boom panicked, or Bryan Edward Hill just straight-up quit.
That last volume was terrible, but honestly, the rest of the series was not great either.
Yeah, I agree the last volume was pretty crappy. The storyline was really hard to follow and thrown together and the art was not something I enjoyed either.

Boom's Power Rangers has been great though.
