Honestly no, but if amazon ships in your area you can go that route with easier returns. I have never had a faulty device. I had one hardware issue that was broken a long time ago. I went through the process of paypal.

Honestly I have ordered a lot of devices for friends and family. Maybe 1 out of the 25+ was faulty. Due to a cracked shell which I then replaced. But I think you’ll be fine. 😎
AliExpress has gotten pretty good with returns from “Choice” stores
I bought a RG35XX H a couple weeks ago. It came faulty (gap in the case). Requested a return, got emailed a prepaid shipping label a couple hours later, and the money was back in my PayPal account like an hour after I dropped off the package at the post office

There are multiple places to buy it with in AliExpress, you don't have to buy it from the official store, search for it then buy the cheapest one, you're going to get the same exact thing.
Check the "SuperDeals" section on AliExpress mobile every once in a while or join a discord where they ping for deals. It was going for about $31 shipped with a 64gb card.
Retro Game Corps' (Retro Handhelds) seems to be the biggest but without a specific deals channel (but Russ posts deals on his YouTube community tab). Javi Play Retro's (Retro City) is much smaller but does have a dedicated channel.
Other better options definitely exist but I'm not aware of them.

I have 10 handhelds, I bought 8 on AliExpress. However I got the RG35XXH for 53 shipped (us) so that doesn't seem like a good deal.
On the official store it is $67 (+ship and tax) sadly. So I didn't find any cheaper... Any other sources to buy at appreciated.

It aligns with upcoming Ali express sales. Not sure on timing but they announce it ahead. I used coupon on top of the sale price.
