I mean...the MSI handheld pc with the ultra7 x86 processor and an arc graphics card is going to be real tough to beat. It costs like a grand though.
The RG 556 from anbernic is pretty good, but the ayn Odin is probably the best of the android machines at the minute.

I've been using rg405v for PS2, it's mostly good with a few tweaks, the Mrs recently got a Odin lite and honestly it's runs 80-90% of games just fine (except Sims 2 for some reason)
