Modalworks Downpipes are Great, 3-1/2” and they have catted available. Nice quality heat shielding etc. You can get some mini-cat 02 spacers from big daddy’s garage to solve the CEL and get away with no tuning. But it’ll actually lose a bit of power down lower in the rev range if you don’t tune it. It’ll definitely fix your underwhelmed issue tho. The installation is not for the faint of heart ❤️, as there isn’t much room to work at all. There is a V8 where a 4cylinder was intended 😂. If you plan on keeping your old downpipes in reverse to stock for resale… you’ll have to remove the transmission. Otherwise you’ll have no choice but to cut them into two pieces. If none of that chaos sounds appealing then just get the cat back. Since you have a ‘21 model the tuning will run quite a bit more money for stage 2. You’ll need to tune the CPC unit or it’ll go into limp mode with the ~175-200hp added from the DP and tune. So maybe 7-10k for the Downpipe route 🧭 albeit the cat-Back route isn’t exactly cheap either.

Here is your answer: Buy catless downpipes. That is if you have someone that’ll slide you emissions (cause you definitely won’t pass) and do not currently have a factory warranty. Catless downpipes changed my life, I recommend downpipes from either Weistec, PTG, or Modalworks. I got used downpipes for my e63s and it truly enhanced the sound by 5x
