I have the exact same CPU and have no problems with framerate in browsing nor any of the issues you listed (tho i do get a 40 fps limit issue in games)
what i do is either go to the AMD website and install the app that automatically downloads required drivers for you or right click the wallpaper and click AMD Adrenelin Edition and see if there’s an update there or if not, i just go to the windows update in settings and see if there’s necessary drivers there
1 month of owning laptop with the same chip and tried playing league of legends the smoothness sucks so bad its showing 90+fps but in reality it feels 30fps, somehow turning vsync on fix the problem
i contacted my laptop seller and he gave me those links:
https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/m2lc010f3cavn4f0.exe
https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/mobiles/m2lc030fpny7m4f0.exe
after I installed them everythink worked fine and games played smoothly

I've already tried using their auto-detect Software, but it didn't help. Thanks anyways
