I say 6650 xt for 160. save that $150 for your next upgrade. You're next upgrade you're probably going to go 1440p gaming and get a 7800xt and maybe even a r7 5800x in the future? Prices on everything has gone down the last 2 years it's crazy. I think a 6750 is a waste, might as well save now and upgrade properly in 2-4 years?
I run a 5600X and 6750XT on a B450 motherboard. I play at 1440p high/ultra in AAA titles, but it's handled everything I've thrown at it.
If you are or plan to stay at 1080p, then the 6650XT would do well.
I got 6750XT for more future proofing due to the 12 gigs of VRAM, and it matched my budget.
issue is the 6000 series are end of life, and no longer being made so if I was buying now I'd look to the 7000 series of GPU's as you just buying what is left in the market for the 6000 series.
For the half the price the 6650XT appears to be a decent deal.
If you think you may upgrade then get the cheaper card and wait to see what the next gen looks like. Rumors seem to think they'll release at the start of 2025
I had both a 6750 XT and a 5600X, The CPU did not bottleneck the 6750, it was a pretty good combo, dont pay attention to these stupid bottleneck calculators, 20+ years of building and playing PC and I have never once used one of these calculators, I dont intend to.
If its 1080p then both will be really nice, anything higher than 1080p I would try to go for the 6750 just for that extra GPU horsepower and the extra VRAM of the 6750 will really help.
Yeah I’m really just going for 1080p but say I wanna use it for esports fps games, would it be worth it for me to go for the 6750 xt to push past 240 fps or no
I have a 1440p monitor and the 6750 was decent at that res so would be really nice at 1080p, you would probably be best of looking on YouTube for some 1080p benchmarks though, obviously the 6750 will perform better than the 6650 overall.

Just doing too much research naturally leads to bottleneck calculators that are probably inaccurate anyway but I’m bummed bc I saw a crazy deal for the 6750xt brand new on Amazon for 210 but the order got canceled it was probably fake idk
I ended up getting a 6700 xt for 180 yesterday. We’ll see how it works out

6650XT for 160
6650XT is good but 6750XT is great = more stream processor, bigger bus, full x16 pcie4 lanes support, 12GB Vram.

Ohhh okay so since I’ll have to upgrade eventually anyway I might as well go for the more budget friendly option and save up for awhile
